Allen Building Specialties represents a third generation of Allen’s that have been performing and delivering quality construction to both residential and commercial customers alike. 

The one thing that all generation of Allen’s  share is a commitment to make sure the customer expectations are exceeded.  With our roots being deep in the Johnson county and greater Kansas City area, ensures we can always bring the resources together to achieve any size of project from large commercial work to small residential projects, and everything in between. 

Allen Building Specialties represents 3 generations of Allen’s who have been completing projects for a long time in the area.  The leadership team of Allen Building Specialties include Trae Allen and Doug Allen.  Between the both of them, they have a combined total of more than 45 years of construction experience representing more than 40 million dollars  worth construction. 

Doug’s experience includes managing projects like the construction of the Mel Tillis Theater in Branson, Missouri to projects like building Reba McIntyre’s Recording Studio.  He is also known in the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) industry as an individual who has great experience building concrete structures.  You can be confident when Doug is managing the
construction of a project, things will get done right. 
 

Trae Allen brings an incredible work ethic to the construction industry. His experience includes working in the construction industry for more than 12 years.  He enjoys problem solving and creating solutions that exceed customers expectations.
